Because the only time that James and Jenny will be together with their families and bridal party is the week of the wedding, the bachelorette/bachelor parties and Jenny’s bridal shower will be held in the days leading up to the wedding. All family members are invited to the rehearsal dinner and all women (and gay men) are invited to Jenny’s bridal shower. Hope to see you there!

 

Thursday, June 23rd – James & Jenny’s Bachelor/Bachelorette Party
If you would like to attend the party, please let us know, as everyone is welcome! It is sure to be a fun time!

 

Friday, June 24th – Jenny’s Bridal Shower
All women invited to the wedding are invited to Jenny’s bridal shower, which will be held at 2pm on Friday, June 24th! The shower will be hosted by Marnie Hermes, and held at her home, located at 4670 Bradford Heights.

Please make travel arrangements accordingly, and please let us know if you plan to attend so we can have enough refreshments for everyone.

 

Saturday, June 25th – Morning – Rehearsal
The rehearsal for the bridal party, parents and grandparents will be at the Garden of the Gods Club at 10:30am.

Saturday, June 25th – Evening – Rehearsal Dinner
Family members and the bridal party are invited to the rehearsal dinner on Saturday night, which will be at the Flying W Ranch (3330 Chuckwagon Road). It is a full night of western fun! The western ranch town opens from 4:30-6:45, then dinner is at 7pm, and a private show is at 8pm. Feel free to wear cowboy hats and boots, it’s a full on western experience! Monday, June 27th – Post-Wedding Brunch
We will not be leaving for our honeymoon until Tuesday, so we would like you to join us for a post-wedding brunch hosted by Jenny’s parents on Monday morning at 10am! It will be a casual brunch, and it will give you more time to catch up with the new Mr. and Mrs., or some of the people you met the night before! We may also open some of our wedding gifts during the brunch, which is always a fun time.

The brunch will be held at Jenny’s parents’ house (we have a very nice backyard to take advantage of the hopefully gorgeous June weather) which is located at 790 Royal Crown Lane, and will start at 10am.
